Cancellation and retention of rights policy
In order to ensure client engagement and effective scheduling, SST Commerce requires deposit payments when booking consultations and trainings.
In case of:

  • Deposit paid and no-show by the client.

  • Cancellation at short notice before the agreed date.

The company reserves the right not to refund the amount paid, as it serves to reserve time, resources and commitment on the part of the team.

 

SST Commerce reserves the right to make changes to schedules and services in the event of objective circumstances, in which case clients will be promptly notified.
